We ship to dog owners all around the world. There is no place we will not ship to. Especially if it assists a dog with their health and well being.

What is the cost of shipping?

We offer free shipping anywhere in Australia for orders over $40. Shipping cost below this is $2.95.

Standard shipping to New Zealand is $15 Aud with an estimated transit time of 5-14 business days.

Standard international shipping (including tracking) is $40AUD.

If you need your products urgently overseas, please email info@collagenfordogs.com.au to discuss express international shipping.

How long will it take for my order to arrive?

Our team members usually pack and dispatch orders within 48 hours.

Eastern Australian orders will usually arrive within 5 working days. Deliveries to Western Australia and country areas may take longer.

International shipping times vary depending on your location. We will send you relevant tracking numbers once your order is dispatched.

Do you offer refunds or exchanges?

If you are not satisfied with Collagen For Dogs, we offer a full refund within 90 days of purchase, provided the dropper is still half full.

We accept secure payments via Visa, Mastercard, American Express and PayPal.

Can I modify or cancel my order after I have placed it?

If you need to modify or cancel an order, please email us immediately at info@collagenfordogs.com.au. Orders cannot be cancelled or modified after it has been dispatched but please contact us as soon as you can.

Can I use more than one coupon code per order?

Unfortunately, you can use one coupon code at a time.
