Our Refund Guarantee

Our commitment to you and your dog's satisfaction.

Your trust is important to us. If you and your dog aren't fully satisfied with our Collagen For Dogs, we'll gladly provide a 100% refund, no questions asked. We prioritise your peace of mind and your dog's well-being above all else.

To be eligible for our 100% Satisfaction Guaranteed refund, please note;

  • We’ll provide you a full refund, no questions asked (unless you would like to give us feedback why, to help us continually improve our product and service to you).  
  • Refunds must be initiated within 60 day of receiving your order.
  • Where the product has been opened and used, it must be less than 50% consumed to qualify.
  • It must be returned by mail to the correct address provided by us upon request. You will not have to pay for return postage.
  • Repeated return requests are subject to fraud review prior to approval. 

Please Note: We responsibly dispose of all returned supplement products, even if unopened, in accordance with our quality assurance program.

Returns
Our 100% Satisfaction Guarantee lasts 60 days. If 60 days have passed since your purchase, there are certain situations where partial refunds will be considered and may be granted;
- Any item that is returned unused no more than 90 days after delivery
- At the discretion of Verapaws

Initiating Returns

To initiate a return, follow these steps:

  1. Please send us an email here or at info@collagenfordogs.com.au, letting us know you’d like to take us up on our Guarantee. 
  2. We will email you with the return address. You will not have to pay for return postage. 
  3. Mail us the package and send us the tracking number by email. 
  4. We will notify you and send you a refund within 24 hours of receiving your return. Please note some banks may take up to 48 hours to process refunds. 

Late or missing refunds (if applicable)
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again. If you have paid by credit card, please contact your credit card company. Please note it may take some time before your refund shows in your account.

Where you have paid by via bank transfer, please contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Sale items (if applicable)
Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded.
